Alien technology has come through again with another design that comes to us directly from Stargate Command. It's the Stargate SGU Coaster, a miniaturized stargate with its event horizon permanently fixed in place, perfect for protecting table surfaces from your hot or cold drinks.

The Stargate SGU Coaster Set includes four mini stargates, each a scale replica that was developed using 3-D graphics files from the Syfy television series. Each SGU coaster measures 3.92 inches (9.96 cm) across. The stargate design is hand cast in resin and hand painted in detail with weathering. The event horizon is semi-transparent blue with a rippled surface.
