The resident Evil Scientist of Halloweentown, Dr. Finklestein, is just the mad genius you're looking for if you need a team of skeleton reindeer. And though one could say that he has an open mind, he definitely feels that his creation, Sally, must stay in her place. When not scurrying about town in his motorized wheelchair, he is absentmindedly scratching his chin, hatching another wickedly clever project. Just as in the film, Dr. Finklestein's cranium hinges open and closed on this intricate sculpture.
